About Kim Kopetz
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Kim brings more than 20 years of global brand and experience marketing to bear as the leader of the three-brand collective that includes MAS, Opus Agency, and Verve. Kim is a results-oriented leader who takes an active role in building and refining teams to operate with maximum efficiency and unlock untapped potential. Kim has served the agency in various roles since 1998 when she joined the team as an event manager, eventually taking over the role of Director of Sales & Marketing. In her time away from Opus, Kim has also in account- and sales-focused roles for global brands including Intel, Nike, and the NBA. Kim returned to Opus in 2017 and shortly after took on the role of Chief Growth Officer, helping oversee the acquisition and integration of seven agencies in a two-year span. Her close familiarity with and experience working at all levels of the agency has given her a special understanding of the innermost workings of what is now a global agency spanning the U.S. and into the U.K. A native Portlander, Kim returned to the Pacific Northwest after graduating from Northwestern University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at their home in Portland.
