My mission as a psychotherapist, life coach and teacher is to help people step into their greatest version and find fulfillment in their relationships, work, passion projects, hobbies, and life. My background in psychology combined with my pursuits in holistic health and creative expression help others take ownership of their lives whilst learning the art of manifestation and how to tap into the flow of co-creation.My eclectic approach is tailored to each client’s unique style, needs, and goals. Building upon your strengths, we will incorporate techniques to increase your self-awareness, overcome any roadblocks, and change limiting patterns. From there, we will take steps to actualize all the work we’ve done, guiding you along the path step by step to manifesting your desires.Separate from my coaching business, I practice as a psychotherapist and clinical manager at a residential addiction treatment center. My work there has made me knowledgeable in addiction and crisis, as well as conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, abuse, codependency, military veterans, and trauma. I am humbled to witness how the human spirit can overcome adversity, transform itself, and reach even greater heights. In a private practice setting, I also work as a psychotherapist with neurodivergent children and enjoy alternative routes of healing that include art, play, music, relational skills, and experiential techniques.In my previous career, I served as an executive and legal assistant for 12 years, supporting C-level executives, managing directors, and vice presidents in investment management, legal, and consulting. As such, I am familiar with the unique needs, demands and stressors of corporate culture, as well as the challenge of work/life balance.Additionally, I am a lifelong musician, singer, songwriter, performer, and writer. I enjoy working with creatives as I have a compatible style and am on a “similar wavelength.” I specialize in overcoming writer’s block, perfectionism, performance anxiety, meaning, self-expression, and finding your voice.I value connection, enjoying the process and accomplishing goals efficiently with a spirited, yet down-to-earth attitude. I also value teamwork, creative collaboration, and achieving win-win situations for all.
