Kim Lagree is a public health professional and licensed ordained minister with more than 25 years of active leadership in community and faith-based outreach, engagement and government relations. Kim partners with government officials, CEOs, executive directors and community leaders to grow multi-sector collaborations, human to human. Kim is a Johns Hopkins Certified Lay Health Educator and holds a Masters of Metaphysical Sciences, and plans to complete her studies with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Pastoral Counseling Psychology. Kim is a trained trauma facilitator with certifications and professional education in Project Management, Trauma & Resilience, Community Violence Intervention, Evidence-Based Violence Reduction, Juvenile Diversion, Trauma-Informed Approach, Youth Mental Health First Aid and Spiritual Mind Treatment.Kim is a 2023 Fellow at the Center for Mind-Body Science and the 2017 recipient of the Health Equity Hero Award from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for her work and success in leading public health initiatives and social change in Baltimore amidst the Freddie Gray riots. She is a strategist and subject matter expert in the intersection of public health and public safety. She has served in several roles leading local and national strategy, development and mobilization addressing police-community relations.
