Beam Circular partners with public/private actors across industry, education, capital, and community to advance solutions that support economic development and environmental health for the Central Valley of CA. Current Projects:- Staffed on multi-year project that received funding from Schmidt Sciences and in partnership with Berkeley Lab and UC Berkeley, to conduct research and define new innovative processes for how diverse streams of ag waste can be converted to useful products, as part of BEAM’s multi-pronged approach to closing the loop and creating a circular bioeconomy the Central Valley of CA. My role is to manage the end to end development of a feedstock portal to connect suppliers to users (e.g., researchers and companies) working on biomass feedstock utilization. I’ll be conducting user research, defining requirements, selecting tech vendor, and serving as product/project manager for development and implementation. - Driving internal transformation by implementing a CRM to manage relationships, opportunities, and contacts. Includes market research, design and build, conversion and migration, training and change management to onboard users.

Product Owner (Client: Accenture)- Oversaw feature deployment from vision and creation to rollout and delivery, for surfacing 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on analytics dashboard used by C-suite to assess profitability of global business across 25 markets/industries.- Provided analytics and insights to C-suite leadership for key decision making, influencing ways of working for 733k employees and contributing to a $230M revenue increase over a single quarter. - Established new quality assurance process for 6 features, conducting learning sessions for ongoing maintenance.- Coordinated with the development team to analyze root cause and implement preventive measures for defects, reducing defects by 26% in 4 sprints.Implementation Lead / Change Management Specialist (Client: CalSAWS)- Drove the design, conversion, and migration of Change Impact Analysis to JIRA project management tool; enabling management access to real-time dashboard reporting and improved workflow for client reviewers, resulting in on-time, quality completion of gap analysis for more than 500 change impact items.- Leveraged above experience to conceptualize and lead the design, conversion, and migration of data migration to JIRA, reducing manual effort by 80% for 20+ team members to bulk update tasks, improving the day-to-day workflow for both consulting and client teams once more. - Project Point of Contact for supporting the migration of 5,000+ end users from eight counties to CalSAWS system. Business Analyst (Client: Accenture)- Investigated current processes and data sources for producing KPIs to validate that internal audit controls would be met before KPIs can be approved for development and become automated data products in the data lake. - Produced consumable work products for leadership review based on finance knowledge transfer, securing Data Product Owner sign-off for 60% of metrics under investigation at a rate 3x the team. - Drove strategic initiative to define new process model for capturing metadata earlier in the requirements phase, eliminating cleanup efforts and optimizing resources.Business Data Architect (Client: Accenture)- Supported the adoption of new enterprise solution design that sunsets legacy applications and ties together data concepts to enable analytics earlier in the sales process. - Covered the project management, stakeholder management, and communications across internal and client team leadership for data investigation, presentation, and sign-off on solution design.
