I have had the privilege of being a school leader for twelve years and am experienced in hiring and developing staff, program development and design, building win-win partnerships. I am passionate about creating vibrant organizations where everyone involved feels valued, supported, and heard. I thrive on big picture thinking while simultaneously executing operational details with precision and forethought. I strongly believe in always knowing and working toward the “why” before determining the “how” and “what.” I am devoted to education and the arts, experienced and successful in leadership, and always inspired by a new challenge. I have also served as the board chairperson for the non-profit choral organization Ars Nova Singers and have served as a professional singer and section leader for them as well.
