Help created the Social Security Department for the firm. started out as the only case manager and ended managing the hearing department for Social Security. Did the scheduling for all attorneys, managed the docket, case managers, medical records department, and docket team.

Litigation Department & Medical Department

Responsible for security at the EPA in Downtown Dallas. Watching the CCTV for any unusual activity, monitoring the alarms on the doors, and walking all eight EPA floors to ensure everything is secure and everyone is ok. At the desk I greet visitors or customers and answering basic inquiries about a business, facility, local attractions, event, or services and answer the phone and direct clients to the correct person.

Responsible for five guards on second shift, make sure all the guards are on time and doing their job according to the client’s SOP, Check in and out trucks, walk the premises, and monitor the yard.
