My professional career began in New Zealand where I gained extensive experience working with 3 Fund Mgrs at Bankers Trust NZ top in their fields of expertise in Fixed Income & Derivatives. My Boss Craig Stobo advised the NZ Govt on 401K & Social Security policies. I also worked closely with the Head of FX, John Key, ex Prime Minister of NZ. My career with Bankers Trust took me to Sydney, where I worked on Money Market & Fixed Income products, Equity, Commodity & Interest Rate Derivatives.As AVP with Merrill Lynch Investment Mgrs (now BlackRock) for 4 years I set up & managed the Ops Division supporting a team of Fund Mgrs trading in a diverse range of Fixed Interest & Derivative Products. Developing/enhancing Middle Office Operations processes to support the growing business with a focus on risk management & compliance. I've worked at some quality financial institutions in New Zealand & 10 years in Australia before taking a break in April 2007 to travel through the US, joining Wells Fargo Securities in Nov 2007 in San Francisco, CA. At Wells Fargo I managed a team of Derivatives Documentation Specialists drafting ISDA, MCA & NASEB Trade Confirmations across a large range of Derivative Products. With a focus on risk management, compliance & Dodd Frank regulatory regulations reviewing & re-engineering Dept capabilities. In early 2016 I moved to the FX Team as Business Risk Manager for FX Sales, Trading, eCommerce and Technology with 24/6 trading in San Francisco, London & Hong Kong.
