They moved me to Santa Rosa, CA, where I was sent in to trouble shoot why the store was doing poorly, I was in Santa Rosa for a year when they asked me to open a MR. Rags in Santa Cruz, CA. I moved to Santa Cruz and found the staff, trained the Asst. Manager to take my position in a few months because they needed me to help in San Jose, CA. The store in San Jose, had lost $100,000 worth of merchandise in 3 months time. I guess you can say that my real title should have been Trouble Shooter, or fire fighter...because I was always sent to put out the fire. : )
