I've been employed at The Payroll Service Company which has since been acquired by The Access Group, for 20 years now. I started back in September 2004 in my first, full time employment post as Reception Assistant. Since then I have been the Marketing Manager, I/O Supervisor gaining a huge amount of knowledge and experience on my journey and I have now settled as Payroll Support Administration Manager.After promotion in early 2011 at The Payroll Service Company (PSC), I looked after the marketing and website administration for many years and now as Payroll Support Admin Manager I manage the day to day running of the I/O department as well as the accounts and invoicing for the company. In the years since my promotion I have completed an eCourse on Marketing, a course on Social Media Marketing, training on website development / management and gained experience in a wealth of areas including website analytics, SEO, newsletters, advertising, email marketing, content writing, social media and exhibitions to name a few. My position has given me the confidence to competently manage a small team whilst carrying out my other duties within the company. I have acquired new skills by completing an “Introduction to Supervision” course to aid my growth within my role.PSC has been going from strength to strength for over 40 years and now part of The Access Group we have become part of an incredible leading UK software company with over 1 million users. From small beginnings back in the 70’s to currently processing around 1,500 company payrolls; it’s been an exciting journey.
