My background at Ipsos ASI spans more than 18 years in increasing responsible and visible roles, working on a broad range of strategic and tactical product and communications campaigns. Most recently I facilitated the Product Management process as it relates to ASI's survey research products, compiling elements of the design and managing the communication of all product or concept related issues in the design and rollout plans for the Copy Testing product suites. My prior roles as a Communications Manager and Communications Systems Coordinator enabled me to establish a reputation for instituting international marketing plans, processes, and best practices to create effective programs and build a culture of excellence. I offer a unique mix of strategic vision, creativity, collaboration, analytic, and management skills and use my interpersonal expertise to coach and mentor employees, guide cross-functional teams, and develop and strengthen customer relationships.Some highlights include:*LOGISTICAL PLANNING: Contributed to the flagship product overhaul of respondent interviewing from cable, to videotape, to online, requiring constant communication with internal teams to ensure accessibility and satisfaction of new products and processes.*TEAM LEADERSHIP: Facilitated on time, on budget studies utilizing a $25k budget with 10-12 team members, organizing surveys regarding Super Bowl advertising and delivering accurate results.*GRAPHIC DESIGN: Utilized a variety of designing tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to format an aesthetically pleasing layout of corporate collateral. Designed and launched company's first Intranet and client portals (Microsoft FrontPage/Sharepoint)*EMPLOYEE TRAINING: developed the product training materials for all levels within the organization, and conducted training courses for new employees. *REGIONAL CONTACT: Acted as the internal regional contact for corporate-wide communications, interfacing with Canada, Western Europe and Asia.
