Assist the Director of Education by assisting with educational programs and community outreach efforts.

Process invoices for payment according to company procedures· Verify correct coding of invoices and ensure proper approval· Assist operations team as necessary to reconcile issues related to invoices and payments· Review and audit overhead vendor statements for reconciliations and payments· Assist with weekly check run· Assist with vendor onboarding and update vendor records in accounting software· Assist with month end closing tasks· Data entry of invoices, vendor credits and misc. expenses.· Credit card receipt collection, coding, and reconciliation· Digital filing of documents into appropriate employee file· Assist with employee timekeeping and data entry into accounting software· Manage employee time-off recordkeeping
