My work at HAVE Inc. is customer-centric and deals primarily with· CD and DVD duplication, replication, packaging· DVD and CDRom authoring and post-production · Video and film capture and transfer to DVD; digital Archiving· Web order gathering and fulfillmentOur client base for CDs and DVDs is varied and comprised of corporate, government, educational, entertainment and consumer sectors. While most of our larger clients are familiar with the manufacturing processes and packaging options that work best for them, we pay close attention to those less familiar. After a job is sold, I manage it to completion and am easily reachable.Our fulfillment clients, among other things, sell books, CDs and DVDs, cosmetic products and audio cables. A single point of contact is especially beneficial for our disc manufacturing and order fulfillment clients because in many cases, a single correspondence is all that's needed to manufacture a product, send it as replenishing inventory to fulfillment shelves and ship an order to waiting wholesale or consumer customers..As family movies on tape or film get older, and older, the machines that made them are getting scarcer and scarcer and the actual media is decaying. We do a great deal of media transfers for consumers who love to see the family on DVD as well as preservation/archiving work for larger organizations like the New York State Archives.DVD authoring allows a viewer to navigate from various menus to different places in a program's timeline or related clips on a DVD. Most of the work we do in this area is for the music instruction and entertainment audiences.
