Customer service is a passion of mine. I am a giver so it is natural. However, I believe I've been successful because I always strive for the best. A few accomplishments I'm proud of include: • Played a key role in expanding RE/MAX Elite Realty into two different markets and implementing an onboarding program for 85 Realtors. • Recognized as 2022 Manager of the Year for all of RE/MAX LLC in KY. • Worked hand in hand with the owner to create and managed a highly successful Relocation Department for six offices in three counties at Century 21, implemented relocation agent onboarding procedures and training to increase efficiency and seamless transitions. • Improved support function with new programs and procedures that enhanced efficiency and agent support, leading to success in the nation, providing the company the structure required to achieve the Five Star Circle of Excellence from CARTUS for meeting our high metrics and providing exceptional service. • Increased efficiency by spearheading new office projects and planning solutions that met evolving employee needs.
