As the Executive Director of HR at Assessment Intervention Management (A.I.M.), I oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes. I assist with recruitment efforts, and I also identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building. I have been in this role for over a year, and I have more than five years of experience in HR and marketing in the education industry.In addition to my HR responsibilities, I am also the Director of Marketing at A.I.M., where I coordinate and execute marketing and social media strategies to promote our educational services and solutions. I am skilled in customer service, sales, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, and I have a proven track record of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and retaining clients. I have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), with a minor in English Studies, from the University of the Incarnate Word, and I am passionate about helping our employees achieve their goals.
