My responsibilities included overseeing Windows updates, installing and upgrading Relativity and eCapture, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues. I also led hardware upgrade projects and implemented SQL scripts to optimize system performance.I managed a team responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server environments, handling over 300 databases, some as large as 3TB, across six servers.
