- Execute programs, policies and procedures (SOPs) to employees at all levels to support the improvement of operations in quality and efficiency- Conduct monthly training to employees at all levels to align service standards - Provide tactical and strategic support to increase revenue- Reorganise and streamline business process and workflows to enable lean workforce, reducing daily operational staff by 40%- Formulate an excel dashboard which efficiently roster hourly staff and generate accurate payslips with CPF monthly- Lead efforts with budgeting, reporting and other finance activities- Synchronise all necessary departments to ensure set ups and activities for events were executed in a timely manner- Strategically incorporate new products and/or product changes into marketing messages to drive customer engagement
