About Kim Hooker

Kim Hooker is a Senior Architect and Associate at Parkhill. Kim is, a graduate of the University of Michigan and University of New Mexico, received a Bachelor of Science from the College of Architecture & Planning (U of M) in 1981 and a Master of Architecture (UNM) in 1984 and has over 30 years of experience. Kim has practiced in Connecticut, New Mexico, and Texas. Kim relocated to join her husband in Amarillo, Texas in 2015. Current work has included the Texas Tech Health Science Center Physician Assistant Building on the Midland College Camus, Renovation of the Texas Tech Psychology Building, Eastern New Mexico University Master Plan, and Exterior Renovation of historic Gates Hall at Wayland Baptist University. Kim was appointed to TxDOT's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee - a three-year term representing the Texas Panhandle. She is also a member of the steering committee for TxDOT's Statewide Active Transportation Plan. Kim serves as the Treasurer of CSI Amarillo.
