I was responsible of Telia’s Smart Wifi solution which provides whole home Wi-Fi coverage with high performance for Telia's broadband customers. I ensured the solution and related service was competitive, met customer expectations and was easy to take into use. One important task was to define and select the best Cloud-assisted Wifi optimisation algorithms.

I worked in creating end-to-end solution for Nokia’s FastMile LTE and 5G devices in Fixed Wireless Access. I defined the right solution scope for the specific customer environments and continued creating sales cases together with global account teams. My personal focus areas included FastMile management system for operators and tools for end user.

I actively made product and technical feature presentations in customer workshops focusing on network management, SON and Telco Cloud issues and business. I identified new upsell opportunities, developed customer relationships and created go-to-market strategies and customer specific win-plans together with account teams.
