About Kimmo Arvisto
I have track record of leading many different projects (large, small, expensive, easy, hard, chaotic, SW, HW, sales, product development, process development) delivered successfully. During my 22 year career within project management I have had many learning possibilities and success stories. Paying special attention to project cost, budget and time schedules without loosing the focus from good quality has been one of my key strengths. In my opinion seniority comes from the variety of things that did not go as planned, but you were still able to overcome those. I have been running projects from Delmia/Enovia V6 implementation to building new production lines in Hungary. My latest large (meaning big budgets more than 10 M€) projects has been of modernizing section building halls at Meyer Turku shipyard and working as a project director for building a new social premises building to harbor area.I have fluent written and spoken English. I have also managed supplier audits against ISO 9001 standards and has been working as a creator of PFMEA studies. Leading solution finding sessions for complex issues is one of my core strengths and I can work and perform well during stressful times. I will lead team to deliver what is promised and will do the work until the end. During my projects I will take overall organizational process development into account and can run teams so that people like to work in those. I have been developing two different PMO's during my career.
