I am the proud Head of IT, focusing on Service Delivery and Infrastructure.By utilizing the potential of 50+ employees, a number of apprentices, student workers, and several external consultants taking part in our daily deliveries. All in all an international IT organization of approx. 75 people.Working with a cloud first strategy, we fight every day to do things a bit better tomorrow, than we did today.Service delivery and Infrastructure in Siemens Wind Power is build up on four departments, with each their department manager.IPS - Infrastructure Portfolio and Service design and architectureDC - Datacenter operations, handling our two redundant datacenter, running approx. 1200 serversEUC - End User Computing, handling our more than 11.000 clients, and approx. the same number of mobile devices.SIP - Service desk, incident and change handling based on ITIL ver. 3 processes and governance.

In Cloud & Infrastructure we have the responsibility to identify, develop, implement and support technical solutions that support the rest of the EG, and not least EG's customers. Whether this comes in a private, public or hybrid cloud, and regardless of whether this is located in EG Datacenter, in an other external datacenter or by customers themselves. The division consists of approximately 70 employees, who are some of Denmark's most competent technical resources, who are struggling every day ensures that many Danish companies'​ technical solutions function optimally. My role has been to assemble the units from several acquisitions, create a new common culture within EG's corporate culture, and ensure that the division delivers optimal support in all phases of a technical solution. We cooperate with the most reputable suppliers in the global IT industry and provide solutions to many different platforms and systems. I am responsible for a three-digit million turnover, an EBITDA well above market levels.

Overordnet ansvar for EG Byg & Installation.Ansvarlig for:- Ledelse af enheden gennem 5 afdelingsledere - Komplet forretnings-, kunde-, samt budgetansvar- Udarbejdelse og gennemførelse af forretnings- og produkt strategi.- Ansvarlig for innovations projekter.

Ansvarlig for alle konsulent og support funktioner, herunder intern IT, 3 forskellige ERP platforme, samt en række tekniske løsninger der understøtter alle funktioner.Ansvarlig for at definere, udvikle, implementere og efterfølgende supportere IT og tekniske løsninger og platforme, som Bygteq og vores kunder benytter.Personaleansvar for ca. 60 medarbejdere, herunder 4 afdelingsledere.

Ansvarlig for decentral driftsplatform, som dækker alle Microsoft servere og klienter ved Bankdatas kunder. Top moderne Datacenter med knap 1100 servere, 9.000 pc'er og et utal af øvrige enheder.Ansvarlig for 35 medarbejdere herunder 3 teamledere.
