At summer 2017 OpusCapita Group was decided to be split in two parts both belonging to Posti Group. The business focusing to P2P process will be 100% software business providing solutions from cloud and continues business under brand of OpusCapita. Our traditional business, Document and Transactional Processing, will be integrated to Posti Group's Postal Services division at Q4 2017. The official demerger of OpusCapita Group will take place at 1st of May 2018 and company will be split to entities OpusCapita Solutions and Posti Messaging.
