(a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited).o Market data relationship and data distribution service for CanDeal, an electronic marketplace for dealer to client fixed income trading.o A real-time foreign exchange rates feed.o A Canadian equity bilingual news service, TSX/CP Equities News, created through a partnership with The Canadian Press.

 Developed an actionable tactical and long-term strategy for TSX web sites. o Led all business activities of web site redesign initiative. A successful solution was delivered on time and on budget.o Led introduction of new commercialization initiatives and enhancement of existing initiatives. Resulted in the web site moving from a cost centre to a revenue-generator within a year.o Led business activities of various initiatives focused on commercial and content expansion of web site. Oversaw editorial process and relationship management of numerous internal business partners who were key contributors of web site content. Provided analysis for client site strategy. Contributed to web site releases, including: scoping, proposals, analysis, competitive assessments, requirements/design/functional specs review and sign-off, BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and communications for pilot and launch. Led review, prioritization and communication of production issues impacting Wood Gundy and Investor’s Edge client web sites. Created monthly management reporting of key business indicators and site usage metrics. Managed relationships with third party vendors, from cradle to grave. Promoted and supported e-solutions for Wood Gundy investment advisors. Supported the goals of the Wood Gundy and Investor’s Edge contact centers, aimed at improving client satisfaction survey results through improved client communication.  Responsible for analysis of industry surveys and making recommendations aimed at improving ranking. Developed strategy aimed at increasing Wood Gundy client site enrolment and usage (i.e. electronic diversion). Similarly for Investor’s Edge client site, with particular emphasis on Premium Edge (active trader segment of discount brokerage) tools and offer. Provided training, coaching and mentoring to direct reporting team.
