Currently, I serve as the Deputy Manager for the Transportation Department's Depot Team at the Paris Olympics, where I am responsible for training and guiding volunteers, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across diverse teams.My journey began with a passion for fostering cross-cultural interactions, evident during my university years as a freelance project manager for an international social group. I successfully coordinated language exchange programs and social activities, producing promotional materials and organizing events that promoted cultural understanding and friendship among students from various backgrounds.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to facilitate smooth and effective communication among international teams. At the World Scout Jamboree, I played a crucial role in planning 12 cultural active programs and ensuring seamless coordination among participants from around the globe.
