About Kim Herrera, Icf-Pcc, Nbc-Hwc

My passion is helping individuals navigate life’s transitions, reach personal and professional goals, and find a firm foundation to truly thrive. My coaching is grounded in a whole-person philosophy and coaching methods I utilize to support clients in creating and sustaining change include: appreciative inquiry, motivational interviewing, goal and accountability setting, active listening, and principles of positive psychology. As a neurodiverse individual I also have a passion for and specialize in coaching neurodiverse leaders and have studies in the areas of: ADHD in the workplace, executive function and productivity skills, effective emotion regulation strategies, self-regulation Interventions and mindfulness practices for ADHD and ASD. As a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), I am also a dedicated student of the applications of health, well-being, mindfulness, and neuroscience to the field of coaching and am a professional Affiliate of The Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School, an Affiliate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
