Developed & led strategic admissions-focused marketing activities via multiple executions resulting in increased enrollment and revenue for private schools and childcare centers across the SE region. The first ever company employee to fill a Regional Marketing role. Began tenure with company with 2 schools as a part of the region which increased to 11 schools within two years as the company acquired assets. Responsibilities included identifying consumer awareness-building opportunities in numerous markets, developing & executing each school community’s strategic marketing plans with the primary objectives of driving new leads & increasing enrollment to achieve increased revenue year over year. Strategies included communications, paid media, digital, grassroots, promotion & event marketing. Additionally, a strong focus on managing the use of the shared CRM resource for every school which consisted of - ensuring correct & effective overall use, maintaining the integrity of data entered, standardizing user processes, coaching & developing staff users, reporting & results analysis and creating strategies & content for multiple email marketing campaigns.Successful outcomes include:> Improving use & productivity of CRM resource in all schools> Positively impacting & increasing lead generation & enrollment> Launching, leading & capturing results of annual enrollment & awareness-generating events & campaigns at every school> Establishing or improving integrity of individual websites & social media platforms including creating & reviewing content on an ongoing basis> Identifying advertising resources in each market> Establishing & maintaining relationships with media contacts in all markets> Creating customized collateral including providing original content, creative concepts & direction> Strengthening digital marketing presence of each school in all markets> Spearheading community partnership strategy (B2B & B2C relationships)
