Mr. Look served as a senior project manager on a wide variety of projects throughout Southern California. Areas of expertise include: water and wastewater resources, municipal and public infrastructure, and variety of federal programs.

Mr. Look was a project engineer specializing in water and storm water related projects in the Denver and Oklahoma area. His responsibilities included computer-assisted hydrologic analysis and developing and urban storm water drainage network.

Assigned as a Provincial Water Resource Engineer in Northeast Thailand, Mr. Look initially assisted local government constructed village built water structures. Later, through a partnership with Khonkean University, he helped develop a national standard for village-built check dams of which over 4000 were eventually built through out Southeast Asia.

Assisted with hydrological analysis and structural design of a 200 foot hydroelectric dam near Sultan, Washington.
