The organization's purpose is to cultivate authenticpersonal interactions to gain support and influence in the community. In 2021 we held Collab Festival,an event sponsored by my organization, Action with Compassion Dallas, and the Dallas Mavericks.The Kim O Collection is another venture I launched in 2021. My inspiration was to promote bodypositivity and self-esteem. For me, fashion is healing in nature. I want to help women worldwide look asbeautiful on the outside as they feel on the inside.After achieving success in my early ventures, I founded Action with Compassion Dallas Inc in 2019.This organization addresses women's needs to put their life back on track. We provide them with a new wardrobe and complete beauty makeovers. We have also created programs to help victims of domestic violence get assistance with education and counseling, leading to a better quality of life. These efforts are funded through cultural events such as fashion shows, art exhibitions, and small business popups.I founded Texas Bearings of Dallas Inc, which has become one of the largest minority-ownedbusinesses specializing in providing high-quality bearings. The company's motto is "Service, Courtesy &Efficiency"I am also the CEO of Charter Hospitality Inc., a real estate development company founded in 2009which creates affordable housing properties across Texas. I believe in sharing the blessings of my goodfortune and hard work to enrich the lives of others. We have designated some of our properties asshelters for domestic violence victims, giving them a safe place to heal and get support.
