I’ve dealt with very difficult situations over the course of my career, and I bring this wisdom to my clients. In times of crisis, my coaching, counseling, and support give them the confidence in themselves and their knowledge.A direct communicator with an ability to explain complex concepts in plain language across audiences, I have a gift for delivering the messages people may not want to hear – and then guiding senior members of an organization to convey those messages candidly, constructively, and empathetically. My risk management consulting extends to both higher education and K-12 sectors, and I’m evolving a niche with new Title IX Coordinators.
