• Responsible for all business development in the SW Region which consists of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Minnesota, and Nevada.• Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting Legislative, regulatory, and special interest activity for energy efficiency in each state.• Responsible for program evaluation and gap analysis of existing portfolios working closely with the client in consulting and making recommendations for improvements. • Represent current clients within the Southwest in presenting energy efficiency program education to market influencers – political, social service, education, and trade allies.• Provides leadership in local energy efficiency organizations to encourage and support client interests. • Acts as a liaison working with colleges, government agencies, utilities, trade allies, and special interest groups for coordination and maximizing benefits of energy efficiency measures, programs, incentives, rebates, and grants.• Constantly evaluating new opportunities, technologies, and products to enrich current/future program offerings.• Responsible for networking and leadership within the prospective SW Region to further energy efficiency work.• Delivers public outreach and speaks regularly to groups about energy efficiency programs on behalf of the client and/or PECI.
