Kim Parkman is a Operations Manager at Bryan O'Sullivan Studio. Colleagues describe them as "I have worked with Kim Lee for 15 years at Reuters and Thomson Reuters, of which for eight of those years Kim has been either been my direct report or functional report.
Throughout all this time Kim has consistently delivered on her revenue and strategic targets and has been the bedrock for the growth of our UKI Reuters Pictures business since joining the Reuters Media team. She has played a key role in defining the focus, strategy and evolution of our UKI pictures business.
Through her commitment, insight and customer centricity Kim is held in very high regard by all her clients. The news pictures business is an extremely competitive business with strong downward pressure on pricing. However, through Kim’s anticipation and understanding of her clients needs she has been able to maintain a price position higher than the market norm due to the high value she delivers to her clients in terms of her pre and post sale service. Outside the editorial pictures business, she also achieved excellent success in taking our business into the higher value commercial pictures market.
Kim collaborates very effectively with the Media team’s account managers and product team to generate ideas and new market opportunities for cross selling and 3rd party partnering where it made commercial sense.
In light of what I have consistently seen over many years with regards to Kim’s professionalism, success and respect in how she is viewed at Reuters and with her clients, I personally have no hesitation in saying Kim would be a great asset to any organisation that was considering in employing her.
