Currently managing multiple projects/programs across the Real Estate Office Change IT (REOCIT) Americas portfolio totaling over $8M. Implemented Smartsheet as a standard project management tool for REOCIT AMER with plans to roll out to REOICIT EMEA and APAC regions. In addition to the tool implementation, also developed and performed training for AMER PMs. Act as mentor/coach for junior PMs, coaching in PM principles as outlined in PMBOK.

Project Manager for the implementation of SharePoint 2013. The scope of work included managing the form and workflow development as well as integration with external systems such as Arena with SharePoint 2013. My responsibilities included the management of external vendors as well as to bring the project back on track. Also assisted with process development and improvement in the IT department.

Also influenced streamlining PMO processes that included development of Project Sites in SharePoint, and Team Site for the Sales team to track campaigns.

Managing multiple infrastructure and application that include JDE enhancements, a major JDE 9.2 Tools Upgrade and expanding an online document repository to become the standard for hosting and managing policies and standards globally. In 2018, managed the liquidation of fully reserved inventory which includes identifying potential buyers, coordinating location visits, offers and closing sales. Developed process from which our team collaborates with internal site and sales teams and providing regular status updates to sponsors and senior management.

Managed and work with suppliers using hybrid Agile methodology for migrations, discovery, and developing landscape design documentation and runbooks. This program was introducing the new Shell Edge Agile methodology. Due to complexities and ways of working with the vendor, the scheduling of migrations were waterfall. Also collaborated with business focal points to manage stakeholder communications on portfolio status, risk, and issues. Administer portfolio, assisted in program setup, and direct two workshops that helped decipher migration approach and process flow development.  Project managed Houston IC Accelerated Exit (HOUICE) and DC Hosting & Storage Optimization programs representing Downstream.  Successfully supervised portfolio of 300+ landscapes with mix of virtual and physical assets that involved Wintel and Linux applications, SQL, and Oracle databases.  Reduced risk of critical business landscapes by migrating from Tier 2 data center to Tier 4 that also enabled a cost savings of $1M in operational costs.  Contributed to combined cost savings of $42M by for Shell for the AMS Restack Program and End of Life DCS2.5 platform upgrade DCS3 . Also restructured communication plan to provide updates to impacted application owners before migration and created processes for tracking and relaying progress to program and stakeholder LT.

Sr. Project Manager working in the Airport and Crew Operations department managing various baggage handling systems (BHS) optimization IT projects in various airports. This includes working with and managing various vendors and IT departments to deliver IT infrastructure that supports the overall optimization effort.

Managed global launch of ServiceNow, Matrix42, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and EMC SAN upgrade in Singapore. Delivered ServiceNow end-user and approver training for Houston office.  Selected by CIO to act as Situation Manager during complete Singapore site outage; arranged communications and daily status updates for week-long outage by developing Situation SharePoint site for real time updates to all stakeholders.  Streamlined internal operations by working with PMO Manager to develop and optimize processes by introducing brainstorming tools and preparing and teaching MS Project to new project managers.  Instrumental in the scripting, rolling out and training of ServiceNow which introduced Agile and Scrum methodologies

DR Application Project Manager for Alaska, Canada and Trinidad and as focal point for the global shared infrastructure for 2 major applications. The objective of the program is to deliver disaster recovery positions for 28 critical applications globally setup in 2 mega-datacenters, 1 each in the east and western hemispheres.

Contract PM responsible for managing the completion of Exterran’s Global Active Directory migration for 5 global sites which consist of AD accounts, email and computers. Also managing the Legacy Domain Decommission project for all non-Exterran domains which consists of shared data and application migrations as well as implementation of global file hosting permission standards.

Engagement Manager for South Central District responsible for managing a portfolio of projects crossing multiple customers and technologies. Also involved with pre-sales activities which include initial scoping and budgetary estimates. While there, managed a portfolio of four customers with a total budget of $2.5M with a total of 10+ employees across all engagements.

Contract PM responsible for managing global core team of 15 for the BJS Acquisition AD Integration and Notes to Exchange Migration projects. Deliverables included the AD and Notes to Exchange migration of 10,000 users, workstations/laptops and mailboxes across 6 different regions, as well as file/print servers and the rebuilding of domain controllers where appropriate. Also contributed as interim PM on the Application Remediation effort to minimize migration impact. Budget for this project was ~$3.5M.

Contractor PM responsible for standardizing sites around the globe from various platforms on to the Unity standardize platforms. The migration consisted of the migration of users, groups, computers, email, shared data as well is the installation of a standard virtualized site server.

EUC Transformation Program Manager – CSC Contract Termination (Shell Account) - Managed a team of 5 project managers working to terminate the CSC help desk contract. This included the implementation of a new call handling system, transitioning of resources from CSC to EDS, the migration desktop and server services from CSC to EDS, and the transition of onsite support staff from CSC to EDS for the US. The project was in trouble and 9 months behind schedule when I assumed the role. I worked with individual workstreams to develop their detailed project plans that rolled up to program milestone plan, program change management plan and stakeholder management plan. This helped to re-baseline the program and set realistic expectations with EDS/HP Management.

Managed various global and local infrastructure projects that included divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, migrations (MS Exchange, Desktop with various Windows platforms, shared data), application deployments and high availability solutions. I've worked in various Shell businesses that included Shell Trading and Shell Downstream.

As a consultant, worked for various energy customers on Exchange Migration and SMS projects. Also received a MCSE and MCT during employment. Notable projects include MS Office deployment via SMS and MS Mail migration to Exchange.
