A PUMA company and licensee for Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's and many more.• Responsible to manage, oversee and execute the general Go-To-Market (Marketing) activities within the organization (both customer & consumer oriented);• Managing the GTM marketing team (10+ people - Digital/E-commerce, Retail, Trade and PR marketeers - global);• Ensuring plans are executed on time, on budget and on brand;• Continuously optimizing GTM internal processes;• Overall 360 degree marketing sell-in and sell-through strategy and budget planning.* Note: this is the same job as described below at Dobotex; however Dobotex merged 3 companies into one with a new name: stichd (as of July 1st, 2019).

• Responsible to manage, oversee and execute the GTM activities within the organization• Ensuring plans are executed on time, on budget and on brand• Continuously optimizing GTM internal processes• Leading the GTM team (6 people)Dobotex is a product licensing company in the fashion industry, part of the PUMA SE Group. Responsibilities included: - Planning and maintaining overview of the overall marketing and creative design departments’ planning and milestones (4 brands, 7 business categories, 3 seasons at a time)- Project management of different marketing projects, closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure qualitative branded content on time and within budget - Co-creation of seasonal marketing stories for all brands- Responsible for driving the planning and managing the execution of all digital marketing initiatives- First line of contact for worldwide sales offices on all ecommerce and online campaign related topics- B2B webshop management for assortment and design- Coordination of back-end assortment management for digital sell-in apps - Corporate identity manager

Responsibilities included:- Overall marketing support, first line of contact for worldwide sales offices- Responsible for e-commerce photography- Coordination of campaign photoshoots (sometimes with video production)- Project management for seasonal line books for all brands and all other print productions- Project management seasonal POS materials (B2C)- Project management seasonal sell-in tools (B2B)- Organization of events, trade shows, internal sales meetings- Project management, roll-out and monitoring new corporate identity
