What I do: Help professionals achieve and enjoy life. When you apply the principles of mindfulness and create awareness, professionals are able to do less and achieve much more. They want to determine what authentic success is for them and pursue it with purpose. They want to learn more about inspired action. They are not looking for happiness later, but rather want to live happy lives now. I work with clients on alignment, purpose, productivity, empowerment and success. My clients live more, love more, earn more and provide more to others when they grow, evolve and awaken. They also learn that caring for themselves is an important part of the plan.How I work with clients: I work with clients one on one in coaching packages in person or via video conference or phone. Through facilitation, guidance, resources, and perspective, my clients pave their own inspired path toward goals and aspirations. For workplace clients, I provide training for their employees and executives on stress reduction, mindfulness, resilience, self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and authentic success.
