Responsible for the financial, human resources and business operations of the Kempe Center and JFK Partners. Serve as primary business/operations liaison to the Kempe Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect. Manage an annual budget of $15 million and provide oversight to 140 faculty and staff. • Manage clinical operations including fiscal and business development, benchmarking and faculty productivity. • Provide leadership, support and mentoring to faculty and staff in the areas of team-building, service development and marketing, budget and finance, and supervision and performance assessment.• Analyze, prepare and make recommendations on business aspects of proposals to national and local sponsors, behavioral health care organizations, state and local governmental agencies and foundations. Develop and negotiate training and clinical contracts. • Conceived and launched an initiative to improve recruitment, retention, supervision and mentoring of diverse staff. Received 2009 Chancellor’s Diversity Recognition Award and a 2010 Diversity and Excellence Grant. • Work closely with the Kempe Foundation to advocate, raise money and awareness, forge public policy and engage the community in efforts to help abused and neglected children.

* Responsible for national ESRD disease management program implementation.

* Provided management consulting services to healthcare providers, disease management companies and managed care organizations.

* Provided business, clincial and practice management consulting services to ESRD provider organizations, managed health care companies and nephrology practices.

* Served as an internal financial and strategic planning consultant supporting hospital operations, program planning, and budget development.
