I have been volunteering at the Autism Society of Colorado doing a wide variety of tasks. I have created spread sheets, made donor solicitation calls, updated databases and have done so much more. I have been enjoying this time giving back to the community. If you or anyone that you know has Autism, this organization is a great place to get information and resources for support.

Playnix Toys carried both Toys and Outdoor Play Equipment. When we stopped selling toys, we changed our name to Backyard Adventures of Colorado and sold Outdoor Play Equipment and Children's Furniture. Throughout my careers at Playnix Toys and Backyard Adventures of Colorado I developed extensive people management skills. I supervised and coached associates and developed a training protocol for all sales professionals to follow. I built a strong team of associates and managers. I constructed operational, sales, and service objectives at the individual, team, and store levels. I was able to streamline costs and expenses. I maintained a protocol for cost containment and budgeting. I Organized and disbursed accounts payables and accounts receivables. I increased store traffic and ultimately increased sales. I was responsible for all advertising design, budgeting & buying decisions. I increased ordering efficiency by acquiring and implementing a computerized inventory system for ordering, receiving, and selling high-end merchandise.
