I managed deployments of in-building and campus wireless solutions in Sprint's NE Region. This includes fiber fed and coax Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), indoor and outdoor fiber nodes systems as well as outdoor macro cell sites (utilizing Samsung & ALU RF equipment). Our customers include Fortune 500 companies, colleges and local, state and federal government facilities.

• Daily management and administration of all aspects of utility bill processing/payment with eLutions/NISC.• Reconcile rent and utility accounts with major vendors. Negotiates and processes settlements in cases of discrepancy.• Work with eLutions/Property Managers/Retail/Facilities to continue to bring the current database up to date and maintain the accuracy necessary to process invoices in a timely manner.• Work with Property Managers/Retail/Facilities to get the number of exceptions down to a more manageable level on a daily/weekly basis and clear them in a timely manner so as to nor incur late fees, deposits, disconnects, etc.• Work with Engineering to further decrease utility usage/bills.• Assist with inbound collocations (draft leases/amendments, review CD’s and structural analyses, issue NTP’s, etc.)• Data entry for all inbound collocation rent checks/application fees and responsibility for associated monthly reports.
