• Daily management and administration of all aspects of utility bill processing/payment with eLutions/NISC.
• Reconcile rent and utility accounts with major vendors. Negotiates and processes settlements in cases of discrepancy.
• Work with eLutions/Property Managers/Retail/Facilities to continue to bring the current database up to date and maintain the accuracy necessary to process invoices in a timely manner.
• Work with Property Managers/Retail/Facilities to get the number of exceptions down to a more manageable level on a daily/weekly basis and clear them in a timely manner so as to nor incur late fees, deposits.
• Work with Engineering to further decrease utility usage/bills.
• Assist with inbound collocations (draft leases/amendments, review CD’s and structural analyses, issue NTP’s, etc.)
