I am the Director of Teaching for Online MSc courses at the university of Bath. Lead strategic development of learning and teaching at postgraduate levels. I oversee departmental quality assurance in course monitoring and review, student engagement, new course development, external examiner liaison, assessment and feedback.I am the departmental lead on learning and teaching initiatives for the online MSc courses and am currently scoping three new flagship courses.Teaching-wise, I run the Business to Business and MBA/eMBA Strategic Marketing units. I am lucky to love my role and thoroughly enjoy sharing my experience from practice in the academic context. I have projects developing a feedback LLM for students to get formative feedback on work, large classroom flipped learning (150+), accessibility first course design and AI in learning and teaching. My work has been featured on the BBC and international media.I am also a freelance curriculum designer and course developer.
