I am a senior administration professional with 20 years’ experience. I have sound skills in the areas of fleet and facilities, team leadership, administration/processing, workflow management, operations, customer service, process improvement and quality control however I believe my greatest strength is my determination to gain results within service level whilst ensuring my work is of the highest quality.I have been an active participant and supported many projects, both at national and state levels, as well as team projects and initiatives. I enjoy sharing knowledge with internal/external stakeholders and find it rewarding when seeing the end result.I have worked in a number of different areas including government, transport, emergency services, not for profit, health/medical, membership, unions and insurance premium funding. I also hold a Diploma in Business (Office Administration).
