Houston, Texas Area

Developed and then deployed the new performance management system for Schlumberger Field Operations, both domestically and internationally. Initially, one of only four leaders developing the new management system before onboarding a deployment team that grew to >800.Accomplishments:• Developed, deployed, and supervised the implementation of a Business Process Management (BPM) system for use by operations in the entire Drilling and Measurements product line leading directly to failure rate reductions for the division of 22% in 2014.• Developed and deployed Strategic Change and Alignment techniques to the Engineering and Manufacturing divisions; application of these techniques allowed bits and downhole tools to improve their manufacturing and lead times by > 50% in 2016, and Well Services to improve time to market for new technology >70%.• Created a standardized Performance Metric structure so that all Continuous Improvement and Strategic change could be quantified systematically.

Leading Operations Quality organization for the Global High Volume (HV) Drilling and Measurements Product Line. Oversaw operations in nine countries, with 500+ employees, reporting to the HV Product Line President.Accomplishments:• Implemented the previously developed Quality Management System (QMS) for the HV Market, leading to failure rate reductions of >30% year-on-year directly attributed to the QMS.• Selected and mentored a dynamic Quality Management Team geographically dispersed across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America, and North Africa.

Led the integration of an acquired company and managed the integration into Schlumberger. Accomplishments:• Developed and implemented a Fit-for-Purpose Quality Management System for the HV Market.• Successfully integrated and mentored 2 teams from Schlumberger and our acquired company to form a dynamic Quality Management Team for the HV operation in Canada and the US.• Reduced run-off rate by a factor of 3X.

Aberdeen, United Kingdom

Led the Service Delivery team spread across 4 European countries and North Africa with client delivery and P&L responsibility in two Schlumberger maintenance facilities in UK and Norway.Accomplishments:• Reduced capital asset expenditures by 22%, consumables spend by 19% and maintained compensations costs neutral in a rapidly expanding market.• Sixteen direct reporting managers, and a total of over 180 technicians in these two countries.

Casper, Wyoming Area

Operations manager with sales of over $8M per month covering the entire Western region US Land based Schlumberger operations. Managed in excess of $10M capital assets and $1M a month of materials and supplies. Accomplishments:• Achieved revenue growth of 73% for the region (2006 versus 2005).• Grew the client base from 3 main clients to over 11.• Increased profit margins >110%.• Limited capital asset and consumables growth to <10%.
