I've spent most of my career connecting people to organizations in meaningful ways, leading teams to produce quality, meaningful work, and meeting commitments that drive business results. In my role as CDA’s Director of Marketing & Operations, I drive firm-wide business and financial operations while leading branding and content development for internal and marketing communications. As our resident nonarchitect, I embrace the challenges of balancing day-to-day operations with leadership, vision, and development of overall firm-wide initiatives.I'm a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and The S. Dale High Leadership Center, a past member of the Women Presidents’ Organization (Washington, DC Chapter), an honoree of the Women Presidents’ Organization’s Women 2 Watch, the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Finest, and have led events-based fundraising for The Hill Society and the Central Pennsylvania Technology Council.
