Npi Program Manager
Current- Manage annual program budget of approximately $1-3M in Gas Compressor Business (GCB).- Created GCB finance and resource planning dashboards to communicate and track project status against milestones to stakeholders, managers, and team members.- Responsible for total program scope (budget, schedule, resources) to design and deliver Hydrogen (H2) centrifugal gas compressor solutions. - Led and mentored Development Test Engineering Team, consisting of seven (7) test engineers and ten (10) test technicians, covering multi-shift operation of four (4) large turbine test cells. - Managed test facility projects: schedule, budget, suppliers, design, KPI tracking, reporting. Examples included: liquid fuel system, DAS hardware upgrades, gas fuel system upgrade for low BTU, generator bearings and hydraulic jacking oil projects.- Responsible for the first qualification test of Titan 130E prototype gas turbine engine. Coordinated team in systematically determining test plan, necessary test cell upgrades, and risk mitigations.- Guided teams of technicians and engineers to complete production and development engine tests. Prioritized tests to complete business objectives while focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. Frequently interacted with internal Solar Turbines and external customers. - Championed multiple development engine tests: combustion surveys, load surveys, performance tests, and thermal paint/crystal tests. Troubleshot test issues: facility, instrumentation, hardware, controls and procedures. - Led effort to document development test procedures and created training guides to ensure alignment between engine teams. Examples: thermal paint and crystal tests
