I was developing Bring Air and Sea Finland’s services to cover all service aspects. I negotiated all contracts, rates and services with subcontractors as well as built up an operation model. I was developing and implementing company strategy as well as sea freight operations, including negotiation through whole company concerning implementing company strategy. On sea freight it was to find new procedures and having better control over sea freight negotiations. Sales had to have more information pricewise. Warehouse implemented also new procedures.
