People who work in any credit department tend to have the reputation of saying no all the time - and not always in such a nice way. I like to buck the stereotype by being friendly, compassionate, fair and easy to work with. Because that’s exactly who I am.Among my Delta Faucet Company family, I’m known as a go-to problem solver. I enjoy doing the research and taking the time to fully understand a situation. Although I’m thorough, analytical and detail-oriented, I’m also able to be responsive and decisive in urgent situations. Because of my additional experience in the Delta customer service department, I have unique insight into how one area effects the other. This allows me to balance the best of both worlds in order to improve on our processes and procedures. I have been a Delta team member for over 17 years, and the rewards have been immense. When you work for an organization that is rich with opportunity and values employees, while also encouraging us to lead full personal lives, it leads to positive results. I genuinely like the people I work with, and have developed very good friendships that go far beyond work hours. When I’m not at my desk, I’m most likely traveling, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying a good book … preferably on a beach. Because I’ve lived in at least six different states, I have learned some valuable lessons about people. One of the most important is that even though everyone has different backgrounds and experiences, once you get to know others, we truly have so much in common. The bottom line is that we are just all trying to get along and lead a good life. Additional qualities I bring to Delta include:• Excellent listening skills• Team leadership• Project management
Listed skills include Cross Functional Team Leadership, Forecasting, Process Improvement, Jd Edwards, and 16 others.
