-Administer (federal, campus and community) funded projects through contractural agreements and grants to comply with sponsor guidelines, project admin guide, and federal laws.-Provide financial and procedural guidance to management, project principal investigators and staff; prepare budget adjustments and projections; contact sponsors; review and approve all project expenditures in compliance with restrictions and fund availability.-Act as liaison between projects and departments such as HR, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, development, contracting and compliance, Dept Deans and Dept Chairs.-Interpret, prepare, and execute contracts and consulting agreements.-National Institutes of Health (NIH)-Department of Ed (DED)-National Science Foundation (NSF)-Department of Defense (DOD)-NASA-NOAA

•Coordinate financial planning, investments, taxes, real estate, legal matters, and care for clients in accordance with their needs, available resources, governing documents, company policies, and laws •Review, interpret, revise, negotiate, and execute contracts (e.g. purchase/sale/lease, trust) •Analyze historical and pro forma budgets to forecast and meet needs•Identify issues, prioritize objectives, track progress, and communicate status to management, clients, and involved professionals to achieve goals, resolve conflicts, ensure compliance, and minimize risk •Assess needs, solicit bids, compare costs and benefits, select best value, and procure goods and services •Oversee renovation and construction projects from design to completion•Provide property management services for single and multi-unit residential dwellings and commercial buildings.•Consider fund requests, review and pay invoices and expense reports•Monitor accounts using daily reports and annual reviews•Develop, manage, and retain significant client relationships •Supervise Trust Associate
