Coached domestic and international MBA students to support their career development and goals. Advised students on how to explore career possibilities, create customized networking opportunities and design effective internship/job strategies. Played an integral role in the design, delivery and management of career and professional development programs, seminars and sessions.

Designed, implemented and oversaw the Hoya Leadership Pathway, a new co-curricular framework that encourages and recognizes student engagement and leadership. Created new and innovative leadership workshops and trained students on topics such as communication, motivating others, and giving/receiving feedback. Designed and facilitated the annual Emerging Leaders Retreat with interactive content on topics such as design thinking, improvisation, and growth mindset. Created and facilitated workshops regarding economic empowerment and vision mind mapping during the Women's Retreat.

Coached and advised a truly global student and alumni population representing over 45 nationalities regarding career exploration, industry research, and effective job search strategies in an international market. Performed on-going employment market analysis for internship and job placements and cultivated relationships with employers in both Qatar and the wider region to build awareness about our graduates' skills and competencies. Co-created several exclusive annual internships locally and internationally for Georgetown students.

Provided individual career counseling to multicultural community of undergraduate and graduate students to create effective internship search strategies by helping them explore and evaluate their education, training, work history, interests, skills, and personal traits. Spearheaded and executed all aspects of recruiting, student leadership programming and fundraising for a 501(C)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to develop the next generation of public service leaders. Coached and placed students at top internship sites based on their interests during a nine-week summer program.
