As a wiring harness technician I work to very high standards set by the company, myself and the systems we use (Raychem system 25 and IPC 620 and 610) to ensure accurate and reliable products are provided to our customers in high end motor sport (F1, Moto GP, etc, aerospace and military. I work 60+ hours a week in the winter peak season and undergo continuous training and development to improve my skill set and knowledge. This is a sometimes difficult and complex job but I enjoy the challenge that it presents and strive to achieve my best even when working on new or unfamiliar jobs. Along with this I have undertaken training as an MSA (British Motorsport Association) safety and environmental scrutineer (currently training as an eligibility and national scrutineer). Which is a role that requires you to be able to work effectively on your own initiative or in a team making decisions that will affect people's safety, this role also requires you to be able to deal with rapidly changing situations and deal with a wide range of people in a wide range of ways (e.g. face to face, over the phone, email and social media). I am looking for a role that will challenge me to achieve my best and the best from the team as well as learning something new. I am willing to travel as required.
