Kim Schneider Malek, the 2014 recipient of the Family Firm Institute’s Barbara Hollander Award for sustainable leadership and educational contribution to the field of family enterprise, is the founder of Family Enterprise Alliance, LLC and the Center for Advancing Family Enterprise.Kim currently serves on the faculty at the University of Louisville College of Business teaching MBA courses on enterprising family dynamics. Following long-term service on the FFI Body of Knowledge committee, Kim was asked to serve as faculty for the courses and certificate programs. Kim's courses focused on the nine stages of family business consulting and how advisors can more effectively integrate them systemically into their family enterprise work.
