I was responsible for the visual design and development for all web based projects, dealing directly with colleagues and clients to produce effective web solutions ensuring the client’s needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. I gained many useful skills in different areas of the business, enhancing my creativity and skills in both print and web design.

Whilst working at Greensplash I developed a passion for front-end development and an interest and knowledge of emerging technologies. I developed innovative web designs for a variety of clients and worked alongside back-end developers to deliver fully-functioning websites, including CMS and templates. I was also responsible for the management and production of all print projects, maintaining a close working relationship with all team members, consultants and the client ensuring that all elements of the project were communicated and delivered to high quality and in accordance with agreed timelines/budget and brief.

Whilst working at Pama I worked my way to promotion as head of the design department where I was responsible for all creative development for all projects. I led and directed junior designers on packaging and advertising campaigns sharing my strengths and offering guidance where necessary. I presented concept designs and recommendations to create and build brand awareness of the company name locally and internationally.
