About Kim Bailey

I am transitioning from a successful career in higher education to a dynamic role where I will be teaching middle and high school students while also leading marketing efforts for a private K-12 school. My extensive background in strategic marketing, communication, and enrollment management has equipped me with the skills to enhance brand recognition and drive student engagement in this new context.In my previous roles, I excelled in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that elevated university branding and connected effectively with key audiences. I directed mass media advertising across various platforms, including social media, and coordinated public safety communications during emergencies. Additionally, my work in enrollment management involved utilizing market research and statistical analysis to inform strategies, optimizing recruitment efforts, and ensuring that our messaging resonated with prospective students and their families.Now, I am excited to apply my expertise to enrich student experiences and advance the visibility and outreach efforts of the K-12 school.
