I support EPIC and the Athena IDX application. I am currently proficient in the EpicCare Ambulatory module. I'm certified in the Epic OpTime module. I have successfully completed the Behavioral Health Knowledge Track. In IDX, I assist users in understanding why transactions are hitting edits and how they can properly clear them. In EPIC, I assist users in properly documenting and billing for services rendered. I work with EPIC analysts to properly build order sets and preference lists. Interfaces are a must and I assist others in understanding how data comes in and where it goes.

I currently coach for the Maitland XCEL program where I am responsible for the education of approximately 25 or more players at one time. I assist in the development of U5-U8 players. I have coached youth soccer teams, both technically and tactically. This includes skills training and fitness at the U9, U10 and U11 levels. I hold the USSF E and USSF F coaching certifications. I assisted in order fulfillment and customer service, troubleshooting computer systems with clients. I also assisted as technical writer in the creation of user manuals for a new software product line. I worked with the QuickBooks accounting system and ACT! Content Management System.

I created a web based alcohol survey in visual basic to be used collaboratively by students and counselors. I was the project team lead who organized communication between team and counseling center advisors. I was in charge of bug fixes and troubleshooting. All of this was programmed in VB.

2008 Ronald E. McNair Scholar Summer Internship Biomechanics Laboratory of Dr. Raoul F. Reiser III conducted research on postural sway parameters during a quiet stance (ergonomics). I learned the SPSS program and was able to use my skills in Java Programming. I became well versed in the scientific process, statistical analysis, journal publication documentation and the internet searches.

I created online help features for the company. I worked as a technical writer who created the user manuals. I tested the software for the internal time and expense system as well as the accounting system. I created internal web sites using the DotNetNuke platform. I was in charge of troubleshooting user and software errors for the company computers.
